SpreadSearch currently collects minimal personal data. When you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
When user accounts are introduced, we will collect:
- Email address (required for account creation)
- Subscription and billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store payment card details)
- Alert configurations you create within the Platform
We do not collect, access, or store your Interactive Brokers credentials, trading activity, or account balances. All IB connectivity happens locally on your device.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to:
- Respond to your enquiries
- Manage your account and subscription
- Send alerts you have configured
- Communicate important service updates
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties.
4. Cookies
The SpreadSearch website currently uses no tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. We may introduce essential session cookies when user accounts are launched. We will update this policy accordingly.

We use the following third-party services:
- Vercel — website hosting. May log IP addresses for security purposes.
- Stripe — payment processing for PRO subscriptions. Subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
